Homes to rent in Deia Mallorca
These well appointed properties are located within easy walking distance of all the amenities in  the heart of Deia. The village is well known as one of the prettiest villages on Mallorca, a place to relax, visit local art galleries, go to the music festival,or eat out at one of the acclaimed local restaurants. Or why not visit  La Residencia the famous hotel, formerly owned by Richard Branson. Take a refreshing swim in the calla, feed the donkeys,or go for romantic walk and in the evening watch the sun go down from your terrace.

We have two properties on the new prestigious development of "Son Canals", pictured above. A modern development of apartments and houses built in typical Mallorquin style using traditional local materials. Natural stone walls, pantile roofs, shuttered windows and beamed ceilings ensure the rustic charm of the properties.

One property is a ground floor duplex property with pool and the other is an apartment directly above. The properties can be rented together or separately. Both properties have air conditioning.

The house.

The ground floor property is arranged over 2 floors and suitable for 4 people. It has a well equipped kitchen with oven hob, dish washer, and large fridge. A comfortable dining area and lounge with Sky television, 2 large bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a large bathroom. The house is in a sunny position with sea views from its own terrace and balcony.
